1. The service

Wolf Broadcast is provided by Think Unlimited SARL, Sodeco Square, Block C, Floor 2, Office 205, Beirut, Lebanon. It lets businesses connect their own WhatsApp Business Account through Meta and send template messages to their contacts. By using Wolf Broadcast you agree to these terms.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must only message people who have given you permission to contact them on WhatsApp, and you must honour opt-out requests.
• You must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business terms and policies, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy, and with the laws that apply to you.
• You are responsible for the content you send and the contact data you upload.
• You must keep your login details confidential.

3. Prohibited use

You may not use Wolf Broadcast for spam, unsolicited messaging, fraud, harassment, illegal content, or anything that breaches Meta's policies.

4. Meta and WhatsApp

Message delivery depends on Meta. Meta may limit, reject or not deliver messages (for example to protect user experience), and Meta's quality ratings and messaging limits apply to your account. We are not responsible for decisions made by Meta.

5. Suspension

We may suspend or stop access to protect recipients, the service or your WhatsApp account, including when we detect a policy breach or abuse.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service reliable and secure, but it is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
