If you are a Wolf Broadcast Customer

Send the request from the email address on your account and include your business name. After we confirm the request comes from the account owner, we delete your account, connected WhatsApp Business connection details and stored access tokens, contact lists, campaigns and message records. You can also remove Wolf Broadcast's access to your WhatsApp Business Account from your Meta Business settings at any time.

If you received messages from a business using Wolf Broadcast

Reply STOP (or إلغاء) in the WhatsApp chat to stop messages immediately. To have your number and messages deleted, email us with the phone number concerned and the name of the business that messaged you.

What we keep

We keep a minimal opt-out record (phone number and opt-out date) so that you are not messaged again. Access-restricted backups roll off within 14 days.
