Wolf Broadcast · Think Unlimited
Privacy Policy
Effective 30 September 2026
1. Who we are
Wolf Broadcast (broadcast.thinkunlimitedlb.com) is a WhatsApp Business messaging platform operated by Think Unlimited SARL, Sodeco Square, Block C, Floor 2, Office 205, Beirut, Lebanon ("we", "us"). It lets businesses ("Customers") connect their own WhatsApp Business Account through Meta and send approved template messages to contacts who have opted in.
2. Our role
For the contact lists and messages our Customers manage in Wolf Broadcast, the Customer is responsible for the data and we process it on the Customer's instructions to provide the service. For Customer account data, we are responsible for it.
3. Data we process
- Customer account data: email address, business name, account status, and payment method, status and reference. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
- WhatsApp Business connection data: Meta business ID, WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, display phone number and verified business name. Meta access tokens are stored encrypted.
- Contact data uploaded by Customers: name, phone number, country code, preferred language, opt-in status and source, and opt-out status and time.
- Messaging data: message delivery status (sent, delivered, read, failed), Meta message IDs and error details; inbound replies received on the Customer's WhatsApp number (including message text) so Customers can read and answer them; opt-out requests.
- Technical data: IP address and request details in server logs, and strictly necessary session and security cookies used to sign in and protect forms.
4. How we use data
Only to operate the service: authenticate users, deliver the messages Customers send, show delivery results and replies, honour opt-outs, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data and we do not use Customers' contact lists for our own marketing.
5. Opt-outs
If a contact replies with an opt-out keyword such as STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, إلغاء or توقف, the contact is marked as opted out, pending messages to that contact are cancelled, and the platform blocks future sends to them. Opt-out records are kept so that the person is not contacted again.
6. Service providers
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform) to send and receive WhatsApp messages. Meta's own terms and privacy policy apply to data processed by WhatsApp.
- Google Cloud for server hosting.
- Cloudflare for network delivery and security.
- Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces on some Wolf Broadcast pages; your browser requests the fonts from Google.
7. Security
Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest. Webhooks from Meta are verified by cryptographic signature. Sign-in attempts are rate-limited, and each Customer can access only their own data. Database backups are access-restricted and kept for 14 days.
8. Retention and deletion
We keep Customer data while the account is active. Customers and contacts can request deletion as described on our Data Deletion page.
9. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing [email protected]. If you are a contact of one of our Customers, you can also opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you may contact that business directly.
10. Changes
We will update the effective date above when this policy changes.
